About the Strand

The world, from Berbice's window.

LRTVS DISCOVER is the documentary strand of LRTVS Channel 10, part of the Little Rock family of media businesses in Berbice, Guyana, under broadcaster and attorney Naomi E. Christie.

We make Discovery-style documentary television — films on nature, peoples, places and things, made in and beyond Guyana. Some stories begin on our own riverbank; some carry us across the world. All of them come home to Channel 10.

Our sister strand

Nai Discover is the personal documentary lens of Naomi E. Christie — films seen Tru Nai Eye. Its debut film, The Eight Hundred Who Remained, is in production now, and LRTVS Discover will carry it to the Channel 10 audience.

World-class research. Hard sources only. Nothing invented. Every fact narrated in a Discover film must stand on a verifiable source before it reaches air — the same rule our newsroom lives by.
